Seven-time Mr. Olympia winner, Phillip Jerrod Heath, is internationally revered as the face of professional bodybuilding. Phil continues to solidify the legacy set forth by his titles through media, expansive business ventures, and philanthropic work, all aimed at inspiring the best version of one’s self.

Phil’s lifelong athletic career began during his formative years in inner-city Seattle. It was there that he experienced first-hand the positive impact that athletics could have on at-risk youth and those affected by mental health issues. Later, as a D-1 basketball player for the University of Denver, Phil transformed his intense passion for athleticism and training style into a craft. 

In 2003, Heath took the professional bodybuilding stage for the first time at The Rocky Mountain NPC USA Championship, earning his first overall title. Never one to settle, Phil worked his way to his first Mr. Olympia title in 2011, and continued to hold the title for seven consecutive years, an achievement matched only by Arnold Schwarzenegger.

Currently, Phil resides in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. He is a world traveler advocating for the sport of bodybuilding, as well as causes and initiatives benefiting at-risk youth and mental health issues.
